USA Carpet and Vinyl will use quality installation materials for all installations and repairs. As a result, USA Carpet and Vinyl will offer a 1-year limited warranty on workmanship. Any installation performed by USA Carpet and Vinyl will be free of workmanship defects for a period of 1- year beginning the day the installation was complete. The product must be maintained by following the manufacturer’s recommendations on maintenance. Two important things to know. DO NOT SHAMPOO CARPET, make sure you hire a professional carpet cleaning company that is licensed and uses only hot water extraction also known as steam cleaning. For Vinyl and Laminate floors, please ensure you use cleaning products that are suitable for your type of flooring such as BONA Hard Surface cleaner and suitable Vinyl cleaners. DO NOT USE detergents such as soaps, bleach, and other cleaning products that may damage the products finish and wear layers. Each product comes with a manufactures warranty.
