If you already have an installer and only need material we can sell you what you need. The flooring industry can be very complicated, however we try to make our shopping experience as simple as possible. Our professional flooring installers will use a seaming iron and seaming tape to make your carpet look like one piece. However there are many factors that may make a seam visible such as the location of the seam, the lighting, and the type of carpet. Short-cut pile and looped carpets will be more difficult to hide seams due to the carpets construction. However many of our seams are unnoticeable. Ultimately, there is no company that can guarantee you invisible seams.

USA Carpet and Vinyl will use quality installation materials for all installations and repairs. As a result, USA Carpet and Vinyl will offer a 1-year limited warranty on workmanship. Any installation performed by USA Carpet and Vinyl will be free of workmanship defects for a period of 1- year beginning the day the installation was complete. The product must be maintained by following the manufacturer’s recommendations on maintenance. Each product comes with a manufactures warranty. 90% of our customers find that our pricing is so affordable, they do not find a need to finance. However, if needed, USA Carpet and Vinyl does provide financing through a third party company called Synchrony Financial. If the flooring recently became stained, please refer to the WARRANTY section and select your manufacture for their specific recommendations. If you are not sure, select the SHAW CARPET link and scroll to page 6 under “General Stain Removal Instructions.” For Hard Surfaces, Vinyl, and Laminate Floors select Congoleum and refer to page 5 for maintenance tips.

Yes! We are not an “All-Inclusive” store like the other guys. Have your flooring installer provide the required square yardage or square footage and come into our carpet store to choose your flooring. If the material is in-stock we can provide you with it the same day!

Of course! As long as the flooring material is brand new and there is sufficient quantity, we will be more than happy to install it for you.

We are capable of doing small jobs as well as extremely large jobs. As a result we are able to provide customers with flooring  repair services such as carpet re-stretching, carpet burn repairs, carpet patching, and carpet seaming. Typically, our flooring installers will arrive at your home between 8:30 am and 9 am. Upon arrival, our flooring installers will quickly get to work. The majority of our projects will be finished the SAME day. However, depending on the size of the project, it could take more than one day.

Yes we do. Whether you are looking for a carpet or vinyl remnant, we have remnants ranging from 5 ft all the way up to 30 ft suitable for most bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens and bathrooms. In addition, the estimate must include: product style, color, manufacture, weight, dimensions, style, type of fiber, wear layer *if applicable*, plank thickness, warranties, size of project either in square feet or square yards, and the scope of work including any floor preparation if needed. USA Carpet and Vinyl has the right to deny any written bid not given by USA Carpet and Vinyl and reserves the right to refuse a project for any potential customer.
